How to reset stress eating in 5 days

I’ve been getting some SOS calls this week from clients, worried that they’ve gone down the rabbit hole of overeating and can’t seem to climb out. We have been sheltering in place, quarantining, and staying home to stay safe for over a month and this new normal is far from ideal when it comes to our physical, mental and emotional health. Most of my clients report less exercise, more Netflix, loneliness, and excessive eating due to boredom and stress.

Well, I’m right there with you. I went off the rails for a bit and gained some stress weight. However, last week my husband and I committed to my 5-day metabolic reset and dropped the extra weight fast.

He dropped a whopping 9lbs. and over 5lbs. of that was body fat!

I didn’t get quite that level of fat loss, but I still managed to lose about 5lbs., almost 4lbs. of which was body fat.
