I'm product creator and co-founder of Florasophy organic soluble fiber supplements. In late 2019, I identified a huge gap in my nutrition education—the distinction between the effects of soluble and insoluble fiber on health. When I dove into the research, I learned that soluble fiber positively affects virtually every system in the body. The problem was, I couldn't find a suitable organic fiber supplement on the market that my patients could tolerate so I began making my own and got incredible results. From there, Florasophy was born.
